**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Noce issued to the sole appellant received back with the report that he has since expired and that summons was received by his wife. Learned counsel for the appellant informs that nobody has contacted him from the family members of the appellant.

Noce issued to the sole respondent received with the report that he has since expired. It is further reported that legal heirs of the deceasedrespondent have already sold the house and no one knows about their present address.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal appears to have become infructuous. Therefore, the present appeal is hereby disposed of having become infructuous. However, it is made clear that if any cause of acon sll survives, the LRs of the appellant will be at liberty to approach this Court to get it revived.
