The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P-5) whereby he was dismissed from service. 2.

The petitioner was dismissed from service on 05.11.2018 and he was released on bail on 25.12.2018. He remained indolent during November' 2018 to March' 2024 and approached this Court in April' 2024. 3.

On being confronted with aforesaid delay on the part of the petitioner, Mr.Parveen Chauhan, Advocate submits that he may be granted liberty to approach authorities with a request to re-consider his case in the light of quashing of FIR.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
