 !"#  $ Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagfool Singh, Police Station City Palwal has made statement that younger brother of the petitioner namely Shyambir has been an accused in a case bearing FIR No.401 dated 27.06.2015 under Sections 193/194/195A/196/198/211/120B/216/466/323/326/201 IPC registered at Police Station City Palwal and that as on date there is no such averment against the petitioner and he is not wanted in any criminal case by the police of Police Station City Palwal and that the State RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.12.17 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

  undertakes that in case a written request is made by the petitioner, they are also willing to provide him appropriate security as per the threat perception and that in consequence of the representation made by the petitioner, FIR No.325 dated 28.10.2015 under Section 7/13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal has been registered against respondent No.6 ASI Surinder, CIA Staff, Hathin and that law has taken its course. In view of this situation, the present petition stands disposed off with direction to the petitioner to invoke the remedy, if so desired, available under Section 190 Cr.P.C. read with Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
