M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) It is a fact that during the course of investigation, the petitioners were found innocent.

On account of dual version which has already cropped up, the petitioners can be granted the concession of prearrest bail as it has been informed by the State counsel that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of above circumstances, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 12.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioners will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
