As per allegations, the petitioner has indulged in the crime of taking advantage of leakage of entrance examination while securing the job as Inspector Grade II in PUNSUP.

Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Similarly circumstanced co-accused of the petitioner have been granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. On the instructions of Inspector Randeep, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
