(Oral) As per reply filed by respondent-State the investigating agency has found Rahul to have committed an offence and who is stated to be in possession of a pistol while others have been found to be innocent. Learned State counsel has however, informed that the report regarding the innocence of other persons has not been accepted by Deputy Commissioner of Police and the matter is still being inquired into. In view of the aforestated position, the matter is disposed of with a direction to the investigating agency to make effort for concluding investigation at the earliest and also to make genuine efforts for arresting the accused.
