Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondent to release the family pension i.e. D.C.R.G., leave encashment, GIS, Provident fund etc.

Learned State counsel refers to the reply dated 06.10.2008 and submits that all the aforesaid were released but for leave encashment, GPF, CPF and medical allowance as the same were not admissible in the year 1975 as no contributory provident fund account was opened in the name of deceased-Dharam Pal and total leaves to his credit were 71 days and amount of Rs.175/- as leave encashment was less than reduction on account of D.C.R.G. Even, in the case relied upon by the petitioner titled as Phool Wati vs. State of Haryana, CWP-227-2003 as no leave encashment was paid. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
