**** GURBIR SINGH , J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for consideration for the grant of a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 02.01.2023 pending before the respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 02.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib-respondent No.2, but the same has not been decided till date. He further submits that the petitioner would be content if his representation is decided within a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Himani Arora, AAG, Punjab, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. A copy of the paper book be supplied to her during the course of the day.
