**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.0149, dated 18.07.2020, registered under Sections 323, 506, 148, 149 of the IPC (later on added section 325 of the IPC vide DDR No.24 dated 22.08.2020 and thereafter section 308 of the IPC was added later on vide DDR No.19 dated 29.10.2020) at Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot.

Notice of motion was issued on 09.06.2021 and interim anticipatory bail was also granted to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties are ready to resolve their controversy by way of compromise in a RITTU 2021.10.04 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-22591-2021 -2petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. Respondent party has appeared before the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Pathankot on 17.11.2020 and have admitted the factum of compromise. The complainant party has no objection in case the FIR in question is quashed.

Learned State counsel has admitted the factum of making statement by the parties before the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Pathankot in the context of compromise in question. In view of the aforesaid facts on record, it would be just and appropriate to confirm the order dated 09.06.2021. Petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
