HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.204 dated 22.07.2022, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of agreement/compromise deed dated 18.06.2021 (Annexure P-3).

&-&&% 0 In view of the afore-stated facts, since the petitioner has neither abided by the terms and conditions of settlement/compromise (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties nor the petitioner has made payments to respondent No.2 in accordance with the schedule of payment as agreed to by him in CRM-M-55771-2022, coupled with the fact that one of the cheques i.e. Cheque No.000140 amounting to Rs.2 lacs which was handed over by petitioner to respondent No.2 in Court (in CRM-M-55771-2022) on 17.04.2023, has been dishonoured with the remarks "Account blocked" and respondent No.2 has specifially objected to grant of more time to the petitioner, accordingly, )%
