JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.151 dated 28.08.2013 under Sections 364, 447,325,323,427,379,411,149 IPC, P.S Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

As per the allegations, the petitioners along with their three other co-accused being fully armed (including 12 bore rifle) kidnapped Surjit Singh-brother of the complainant. There are allegations of inflicting injuries also on said Surjit Singh. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raghubir Singh, points out that there are other cases also pending against the petitioners.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
