(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing orders dated 22.11.2024 and 17.01.2025 (Annexures P-9 and P-11) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still in the process of procuring a copy of order dated 31.07.2010 passed by the Civil Court, as observed in para No.5 of order dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and also after attaching a copy of order dated 31.07.2010 passed by the Civil Court, as was directed by this Court vide an earlier order dated 01.05.2025.
