(ORAL) On 21.04.2023, following order was passed:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the reserved seats meant for Special Backward Class have already been converted into General Category and the same have not been filled so far from the eligible persons.

At this stage, Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, D.A.G., Haryana appears on the basis of advance notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the needful in the context of conversion of 500 posts of Constable in Haryana Police reserved in Special Backward Class (SBC) has already been done and the selection process has been finalized and even the revised result has also been published.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks short adjournment in order to have further instructions.

Adjourned to 28.04.2023."
