**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 164 dated 5.8.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Machhiwara, District Khanna. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 26.9.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and there is subsequent development and the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed and first statement has been recorded and they would be filing the petition for quashing of the FIR. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
