*** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.29, dated 16.02.2020 registered at Police Station, 'C' Division, Amritsar, under Sections 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith.

3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.07.2020, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
