Mr. Kuldeep Sheoran, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from HC Pawan Kumar, Police Station Sector-5, Gurgaon submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and even effected compromise by paying Rs 30,000/- to the complainant and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 31.10.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
