Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing of FIR No.30 dated 03.02.2016 under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P1) and all subsequent proceedings arising there from. Order sheets show that this matter is coming up after June, 2022. On the last date of hearing i.e. 02.06.2022 also, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Present petition accordingly stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
