Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to register the FIR against respondents No.4 to 7 under the appropriate sections of law for committing the murder of son of the petitioner as well as for inflicting grievous injuries on the person of the petitioner and for threatening the petitioner to get recorded his supplementary statement once again according to their own manner with a further direction to change the Investigating Officer in FIR No.480 dated 04.09.2015 etc. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner himself admitted that FIR in this case has already been registered by the police and his only grievance is that Investigating Officer is pressuring him to give supplementary statement as per the police version. He also submitted that he has already moved a representation to the Superintendent of Police to this effect. Heard.

In view of above, respondent No.2/Superintendent of Police, Sonipat is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate order within one month after receiving certified copy of this order and to do needful, if necessary, as per law. With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
