On 01.06.2022 the following order was passed : "Upon instructions, State counsel submits that victim has appeared before the Magistrate as well as before the Investigating Officer. He submits that in her statement recorded before the Magistrate, victim has not supported the prosecution.

List on 23.09.2022.

Meanwhile, the petitioner shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called by the Investigating Officer and in the event of arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing personal YOGESH SHARMA 2023.07.04 14:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Raj Kapoor, states that the petitioner has since joined investigation and is fully co-operating and that he is no longer required for further custodial interrogation as of now. It has further been pointed out that the victim and the present petitioner have since got married and have also been blessed with a child.

In view of the above, the order dated 01.06.2022 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called for. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 4.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
