(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has pointed out that still order dated 19.10.2015 has not been complied with despite seeking adjournment on the previous date by learned counsel for the petitioners. Perusal of file shows that at the time of issuance of notice of motion on 19.10.2015, petitioners through their counsel had undertaken to refund the total amount to complainant-respondent No.2 along with interest @ 18% per annum, as stipulated in the agreement to sell. Despite elapsing of more than 3 years and attachment of the properties of the petitioners by this Court in CRM-M-24286-2016, the petitioners have not complied with order dated 19.10.2015.
