******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 20 dated 07.02.2009 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of Indian Penal Code and 24 of Immigration Act at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already appeared before the Court on 09.02.2017 and was allowed interim bail. Certified copy of personal bond and surety bond furnished by the petitioner and accepted by the Court has been placed on file. In the event of her nonappearance on any date without permission, the trial Court will be competent to cancel her bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and take the petitioner into custody.
