(ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C read with Section 12 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection Children) Act, 2000 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for grant of Anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.10 dated 08.02.2024, under Sections 376, 420, 406, 506, 120-B I.P.C, registered at Police Station Women Patiala, District Patiala, (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 29.05.2024 passed by this Court, whereby the petitioner was granted interim bail, the petitioner has joined investigation on 02.07.2024. In any event, the present FIR stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2024 passed in CRM-M-25060-2024 titled as 'Mehakdeep Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and another'.
