**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 77 dated 12.7.2018 registered at Police Station Women, District Rewari under Sections 313, 34, 506 IPC, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 3 of SC/ST Act.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 16.7.2018 and she is not named in the FIR and the allegations are that she had carried out illegal abortion. The counsel refers to the FIR and urges that the main allegations were against Ashok who had violated the minor. State counsel submits that CCTV camera was checked and the abortion was carried out in the clinic of the petitioner and no record was maintained.
The petitioner is in judicial custody. Police remand of the petitioner was not sought. No recovery is to be effected from her. The trial would take time.
