(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction and calling status report from respondents No.4 and 5 with regard to action taken against respondent No.6, who has not been booked under Sections 279/304A/337 IPC in case FIR No.57 dated 28.06.2017 pertaining to Police Station Rohri, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel submits that this petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as against respondent No.6 final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been presented in Court. He has also been chargesheeted vide order dated 09.11.2017 and out of 21 prosecution witnesses 07 have already been examined.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date, no one was present on her behalf.
