For having been found in possession of 15 bottles of Rexcel containing 100 ml each, the petitioner has been in custody since 16.7.2016.

On asking of the court, on the instructions of ASI Ramesh Kumar, it has been informed that the report of FSL has not been received till date.

In view of the above, it will not be feasible to arrive at a presumption that the bottles contained codine. In view of the peculiar circumstances of the case, the petition is allowed.
