(ORAL) [1] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the higher authorities, so as to convince them that the petitioner is entitled for extension of service as a District Programme Manager and the respondents be time bound to decide the said claim.

[2] Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner file any representation to the higher authorities, the said representation will be decided by the concerned authority within a period of 08 weeks of the receipt of the copy of raising such claim.

[3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to approach the higher authorities. [4] Ordered accordingly.
