SUDIP AHLUWALIA, J. (ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail in case FIR No.50, dated 22nd February, 2020, registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. 2.

Contends that the Petitioner was arrested on 12th March, 2020. Investigation against him has been completed and Challan submitted. 3.

Ld. State Counsel does not dispute the above contentions. 4.

In the circumstances, further detention of the present Petitioner for an indefinite period is not justified. As such, he is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. 5.

Disposed off.
