This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar. He states that the petitioner has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport as such he is not required by the local police for further investigation.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 30.1.2018 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
