The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

Reply by way of affidavit filed by State counsel is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh after some time.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It shall be desirable if the petitioner also refers to judicial precedent where the Hon'ble Apex Court had granted bail for possessing similar quantity of similar contraband on similar custody.
