RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners, which is under constant threat at the hands of private respondents no.4 to 5. It is further prayed that representation, dated 09.04.2023, may kindly be ordered to be decided. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 09.04.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to look into the representation, dated 09.04.2023, Annexure PMEENU 2023.04.27 09:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
