Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurdip Singh, Economic Offences Counselling Wing, S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali), submits that without compliance of the mandate of Section 160, Cr.P.C., the petitioner would not be called to the police station with regard to pending inquiry/complaint.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
