This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 15.02.2025 passed in CWP-4206-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that vide a speaking order dated 04.04.2025 the appeal of the petitioner has been decided and the petitioner in the present case was duly represented by a counsel. A copy thereof has been handed over in Court today which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
