Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed off."

Since the appeal (RSA No.793 of 1999) itself stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, the present cross-objections being offshoot of the same, are also disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
