(Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record a speaking order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the District Elementary Education, Sonepat, vide which the claim of the petitioner is accepted and termination period from 23.05.2013 to 24.01.2014 is treated as duty period for all intents and purposes and seniority will be fixed as per the amended selection list of the HSSC vide memo dated 13.12.2011.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
