Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Samta, A.D.A., Divisional Commissioner Office, Ambala, submits that the Executive Appeal No.46 (Annexure P-10), along with the stay application, is now listed for hearing on 08.04.2025 before the learned Divisional Commissioner, Ambala; and in all probabilities, the aforesaid appeal along with the stay application would be taken up for hearing on the date fixed, i.e. 08.04.2025, and shall be decided on the same day itself, and in any case, not beyond a period of two weeks thereafter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
