LISA GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is the mother of the accused in FIR No. 0410 dated 06.07.2017 under Section 346 IPC (Sections 306 and 376 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sector 55, Faridabad. Prayer in this petition is for a fair and impartial inquiry in the aforesaid FIR. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has since been presented in the said case.

Keeping in view the above, no orders are called for in the present petition. Needless to say the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy/remedies as may be available to her.

Petition is disposed of.
