**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No. 92 dated 13.10.2013 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of written compromise arrived at between the parties.

Report has been received from the trial Court that none of the parties had appeared for recording their statements. It appears that there is no compromise between the parties. Complainant had not appeared before the trial Court nor she is present here.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach again in case the compromise materializes.
