IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

Versus
State of Haryana ..... Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None for the petitioner.
Mr. Yashwinder Singh, DAG, Haryana.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone un-represented.
Perusal of the file shows that since 16.02.2016, this case has been taken up for 9-10 times on Board. However, except once, the petitioner had gone un-represented in this span of more than two years. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant revision. Resultantly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution. A copy of this order be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra, who shall issue warrants of arrest against the petitioner to undergo remaining part of the sentence.
