Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Madan Lal of Police Station Nathusari Chopta, District Sirsa very fairly states that in compliance of order dated 6.2.2015 the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in the present case at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 6.2.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by all the conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
