Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 4 for registration of FIR against respondents No. 5 to 7 on the basis of representations dated 7.7.2017 (Annexure P1) and 17.7.2017 (Annexure P5), respectively, made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representations dated 17.7.2017 (Annexure P5), to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, is directed to look into the representation dated 17.7.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law.
