This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 12 and 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in CRM-M-5099-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Sudhir Singh, SHO Mandi Gobindgarh, states that a speaking order was passed in the present case on 27.02.2025 deciding the representation. It has, however, been brought to the notice of the Court by the learned State counsel that in case the representation is given online, the decision is uploaded on the portal. However, if the representation is given offline, the decision is conveyed only if it is sought under Right to Information Act, 2005.

It is not understandable as to if the representation has been decided why the same should not be communicated immediately to the party concerned. In view thereof, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Yogesh Sharma 2025.04.02 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
