The present appeal pertains to the year 2021 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing and notice of motion is yet to be issued. On 06.08.2022 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 01.02.2023. On 01.02.2023, since the arguing counsel for the appellant was not available, the case was adjourned to 12.09.2023. On 12.09.2023 the case was adjourned by order. On 30.04.2024 again none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 24.05.2024. On 24.05.2024 yet again none appeared on behalf of the appellant, however, on the basis of the written request for an adjournment circulated on behalf of the counsel for the appellant, the case was adjourned for today.

Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant though a written request has again been circulated for an adjournment on the ground that arguing counsel is not available. AMAN JAIN 2024.07.25 09:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the fact that the appeal pertains to the year 2021 and has only been adjourned since then and the fact that none has been appearing on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant to even press the adjournment slip, this Court sees no ground to entertain the said request for an adjournment.
