The petitioner cannot be said to have an apprehension of threat as there is a separate procedure regarding compliance of the provisions of Section 41 of Code of Criminal Procedure. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
