The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the above-captioned case. 2.

Upon notice and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the petitioner was directed to join investigation and was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.4.2023. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Kapil from Police Station Urban Estate Hisar., submits that pursuant to order dated 21.4.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
