State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ashok Giri,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner who has been summoned, on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC moved by the prosecution, to face trial as an accused in case FIR No.84 dated 27.5.2014 under Sections 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985 Act,PS Goraya,Distt. Jalandhar City.

It is submitted that the petitioner was found to be innocent and even the alleged recovery is non-commercial. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to face trial. After hearing the learned counsel and keeping in view the matter involved herein present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court that in case the petitioner submits himself before the trial court within 10 days from today, he shall be released on bail to its satisfaction.

Disposed of in the above terms.
