(ORAL) By way of two separate above-mentioned petitions, both the petitioners named Harpreet Singh alias Happy and Rajan Batra have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the same FIR bearing No.0027 dated 14.02.2021, registered at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, under Sections 323, 324, 364, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sukhpal Kumar, Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, apprises NEETU RANI 2021.10.06 18:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

the Court that in compliance of the orders dated 10.06.2021 and 22.06.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Benches in both the above-said petitions separately, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other case of the similar nature. Keeping in view the above-said submissions as made by learned State counsel, both the afore-mentioned petitions are allowed and the interim relief, as extended to the petitioner named Harpreet Singh alias Happy in CRM-M No.22738 of 2021 vide the order dated 10.06.2021 and to the petitioner named Rajan Batra in CRM-M No.23741 of 2021 vide the order dated 22.06.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Benches, is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
