(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Complaint No. 377-11 dated 01.07.2008 (Annexure P-3) filed under Section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Hisar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the order dated 26.09.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 27.09.2017 and furnished bail bonds with two sureties to its satisfaction. In support of his contention, he placed on record photocopy of the order dated 27.09.2017 passed by the trial Court, duly attested by him, in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 26.09.2017, passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
