HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.320 dated 08.12.2011, registered under Sections 418, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, at Police Station Sector 36, U.T. Chandigarh (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including reports under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Annexures P-37 to P-49) and order dated 11.03.2016, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh (Annexure P-50), whereby, the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed persons. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
