These petitions have been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-11), passed by respondent No.1-Financial Commissioner Revenue, Punjab, impugned order dated 31.10.2022 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2-Collector, Tehsil Rupnagar, District Rupnagar and order dated 15.01.2021 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.3-Assistant Collector First Grade and clubbing order dated 06.07.2018 (Anneuxre P-1) and Mode of Partition dated 08.08.2019 (Annexure P-2). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that MOHIT 2025.11.10 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition(s), therefore,

CWP-9101-2025 and connected cases -2- he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition(s) with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars after attaching all the documents.

In view of the above, the instant petition(s) are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that the writ petition shall be filed within two weeks from today, failing which the same shall not be entertained by the Registry.
