RSA-5327-2003 (O&M) -2ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) Vide order dated 15.12.2022 the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording statements of the parties. Statements of the parties have since been recorded. The report of the Mediator has also been received. As per the report, compromise has been entered into between the parties voluntarily and without any coercion or pressure and the same has been accepted by all the parties.
